Disassembly [12/2015 - 08/2016]: Procedure

- INSPECT FRONT OIL PUMP BODY SUB-ASSEMBLY
See step 1
- REMOVE STATOR SHAFT ASSEMBLY
- Using a T30 "TORX" socket wrench, remove the 16 "TORX" screws and stator shaft assembly from the oil pump body.

NOTE:
Keep the gears in the order they were removed.
- INSPECT CLEARANCE OF FRONT OIL PUMP AND GEAR BODY SUB-ASSEMBLY
See step 2
- REMOVE FRONT OIL PUMP BODY O-RING
- Remove the O-ring from the oil pump body.

- REMOVE FRONT OIL PUMP DRIVE GEAR
- Remove the front oil pump drive gear from the oil pump body.

- REMOVE FRONT OIL PUMP DRIVEN GEAR
- Remove the front oil pump driven gear from the oil pump body.

- REMOVE FRONT OIL PUMP OIL SEAL
- Secure the oil pump body in a vise between aluminum plates.

NOTE:
Do not overtighten the vise.
- Using SST, remove the oil seal from the oil pump body.
