Removal [12/2015 - 08/2016]: Procedure

  1. REMOVE AUTOMATIC TRANSAXLE ASSEMBLY 

    (Refer to REMOVAL [12/2015 - 08/2016] )

  2. REMOVE TORQUE CONVERTER CLUTCH ASSEMBLY 

    See step  7

  3. REMOVE AUTOMATIC TRANSAXLE OIL PAN SUB-ASSEMBLY 

    See step  3

  4. REMOVE AUTOMATIC TRANSAXLE OIL PAN GASKET 

    See step  4

  5. REMOVE TRANSMISSION OIL CLEANER MAGNET 

    See step  5

  6. REMOVE VALVE BODY OIL STRAINER ASSEMBLY 

    See step  6

  7. REMOVE ATF TEMPERATURE SENSOR (TRANSMISSION WIRE) 
    1. Disconnect the connector.

      *1 Wire Harness Clamp
    2. Disengage the clamp and disconnect the transmission wire.
    3. Remove the 4 bolts, wire harness clamp and ATF temperature sensor from the transmission valve body.
    4. Remove the O-ring from the ATF temperature sensor.
