Inspection [12/2015 - 08/2016]: Procedure

- INSPECT VENTILATION VALVE SUB-ASSEMBLY
- Install a clean hose to the ventilation valve sub-assembly.
- Check the ventilation valve sub-assembly operation.
- Blow air into the cylinder head cover side, and check that air passes through easily.TEXT IN ILLUSTRATION
*1 Hose *a Air WARNING:Do not suck air through the valve.
Petroleum substances inside the valve are hazardous to your health.
If the result is not as specified, replace the ventilation valve sub-assembly.
- Blow air into the intake air surge tank side, and check that air passes through with difficulty.TEXT IN ILLUSTRATION

- Blow air into the cylinder head cover side, and check that air passes through easily.
- Remove the clean hose from the ventilation valve sub-assembly.
