Clearance Warning ECU Communication Stop Mode [11/2017 - 08/2018]: Procedure
- CHECK FOR OPEN IN CAN BUS WIRE (CLEARANCE WARNING ECU ASSEMBLY CAN BRANCH WIRE)
- Disconnect the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal.
- Disconnect the clearance warning ECU assembly connector.

(to Clearance Warning ECU Assembly) - Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
Standard Resistance
Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition D200-17 (R1) - D200-18 (R2) Cable disconnected from negative (-) battery terminal 54 to 69 Ω
Result:
NG
REPAIR OR REPLACE CAN BRANCH WIRE CONNECTED TO CLEARANCE WARNING ECU ASSEMBLY (R1, R2)
Result:
OK

- CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (CLEARANCE WARNING ECU ASSEMBLY - POWER SOURCE)
- Disconnect the clearance warning ECU assembly connector.

(to Clearance Warning ECU Assembly) - Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
Standard Resistance
Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition D200-30 (E) - Body ground Cable disconnected from negative (-) battery terminal Below 1 Ω - Reconnect the cable to the negative (-) battery terminal.NOTE:
When connecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected (Refer to INITIALIZATION [11/2017 - ] ).
- Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.
Standard Voltage
Tester Connection Switch Condition Specified Condition D200-1 (IG) - Body ground Ignition switch ON 11 to 14 V
