Removal [11/2017 - ]: Procedure
- REMOVE NO. 1 ENGINE UNDER COVER
Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 4
- DRAIN ENGINE COOLANT
See step 2
- REMOVE AIR CLEANER INLET ASSEMBLY
Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 20
- DISCONNECT NO. 1 RADIATOR HOSE
- DISCONNECT NO. 2 RADIATOR HOSE
- DISCONNECT NO. 2 INLET OIL COOLER HOSE
- DISCONNECT NO. 1 OUTLET OIL COOLER HOSE
- REMOVE RADIATOR GRILLE SUB-ASSEMBLY

- REMOVE HOOD LOCK NUT CAP
Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 4
- REMOVE HOOD LOCK ASSEMBLY
Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 5
- REMOVE UPPER RADIATOR SUPPORT SUB-ASSEMBLY
- REMOVE RADIATOR ASSEMBLY
- Remove the 2 bolts.
- Disconnect the cooling fan ECU connector.
- Disengage the 3 wire harness clamps.
- Remove the radiator assembly with the fan shroud assembly from the vehicle body.NOTE:
Do not apply excessive force to the cooler condenser assembly or pipe when removing the radiator assembly with the fan shroud assembly.
- Disconnect the radiator reserve tank hose from the radiator assembly.
- Disengage the 2 claws.
- Disengage the 3 guides to remove the fan shroud assembly from the radiator assembly.NOTE:
Do not damage the radiator assembly when removing the fan shroud assembly.
- Remove the radiator drain cock plug from the radiator assembly.
- Remove the 2 bolts.
- REMOVE RADIATOR SUPPORT CUSHION
- REMOVE LOWER RADIATOR SUPPORT
