Installation [08/2015 - ]: Procedure

INSTALL REAR PNEUMATIC CYLINDER ASSEMBLY LH

Install the pneumatic cylinder as shown in the illustration.

HINT:

Rotate the pneumatic cylinder to fasten the pneumatic cylinder into the spring seat on the frame.

Connect the height control tube (Refer to PRECAUTION [08/2015 - ] ).

Install a new clip.

Lower the lift that is supporting the frame to allow the tire to touch the floor and check that the piston-side pneumatic cylinder pin is in the center hole of the No. 2 lower arm.

Start the engine to fill the pneumatic cylinder with air.

Install the bolt.

Torque: 17 N.m (173 kgf/cm, 13 ft.lbf)
