DTC B15C5-11: Emergency Call Switch Circuit Short to Ground; DTC B15C513: Emergency Call Switch Circuit Open [08/2019 - ]: Procedure

- CHECK DTC
- Turn the engine switch off.
- Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.
- Turn the engine switch on (IG) and wait for 10 seconds or more.
- Turn the Techstream on.
- Clear the DTCs.
Refer to DTC CHECK / CLEAR [08/2019 - ]
- Check for DTCs and check that no DTCs are output.
OK
No DTCs are output.

- Remove the roof console box assembly.

- Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

- Remove the roof console box assembly.
- CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (DCM [TELEMATICS TRANSCEIVER] - ROOF CONSOLE BOX ASSEMBLY)
- Disconnect the H207 DCM (telematics transceiver) connector.
- Disconnect the U7 roof console box assembly connector.
- Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
Standard Resistance

- Do not exchange the DCM (telematics transceiver) with one from another vehicle.
