DTC B1537-11: Telephone Sub Antenna Circuit Short to Ground; DTC B153713: Telephone Sub Antenna Circuit Open [08/2019 - ]: Procedure

- CHECK DTC
- Turn the engine switch off.
- Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.
- Turn the engine switch on (IG) and wait for 10 seconds or more.
- Turn the Techstream on.
- Clear the DTCs.
Refer to DTC CHECK / CLEAR [08/2019 - ]
- Check for DTCs and check that no DTCs are output.
OK
No DTCs are output.

- INSPECT TELEPHONE AND GPS ANTENNA (FOR FRONT SIDE)
- Remove the telephone and GPS antenna (for Front Side).

- Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

- Remove the telephone and GPS antenna (for Front Side).
- INSPECT TELEPHONE AND GPS ANTENNA CORD (ANTENNA CORD SUB-ASSEMBLY)
- Disconnect the antenna connector from the telephone and GPS antenna (for Front Side).

(Telephone and GPS Antenna [for Front Side]) - Disconnect the antenna connector from the DCM (telematics transceiver).
*a Component without harness connected
(to DCM [Telematics Transceiver]) - Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

- Disconnect the antenna connector from the telephone and GPS antenna (for Front Side).
- REPLACE DCM (TELEMATICS TRANSCEIVER)
- Replace the DCM (telematics transceiver) with a new one.
Refer to REMOVAL [08/2019 - ]
NOTE:- The engine switch must be off.
- Do not exchange the DCM (telematics transceiver) with one from another vehicle.
