Removal [08/2019 - ]: Procedure

  1. PRECAUTION 
    NOTE:

    After turning the engine switch off, waiting time may be required before disconnecting the cable from the battery terminal. Therefore, make sure to read the disconnecting the cable from the battery terminal notice before proceeding with work.

  2. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL 
    NOTE:

    When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected.

  3. REMOVE ROOF HEADLINING ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to REMOVAL [08/2019 - ]

  4. REMOVE TELEPHONE AND GPS ANTENNA ASSEMBLY 
    1. Disconnect the connector.

    2. Remove the bolt.

    3. Remove the washer and holder.

    4. Remove the telephone and GPS antenna assembly of the vehicle outside.

    5. Detach the 3 claws and 3 guides and remove the telephone and GPS antenna assembly as indicated by the arrows in the order shown in the illustration.

    6. When reusing the telephone and GPS antenna assembly:
      1. Remove the seal.
