Installation [08/2015 - 08/2018]: Procedure

  1. INSTALL FUEL PRESSURE SWITCHING VALVE ASSEMBLY 
    1. Connect the 3 fuel tank main tubes and install the fuel pressure switching valve.

      HINT: 

      Push the parts together firmly until a "click" sound is heard.

      NOTE:
      • Before connecting the tube connectors to the pipes, check if there is any damage or foreign matter in the connectors.
      • After the connection, check if the connectors and pipes are securely connected by trying to pull them apart.
    2. Attach the lock claws to the connector by pushing down on the cover, as shown in the illustration.
  2. INSTALL NO. 1 FUEL TUBE PROTECTOR

      Install the No. 1 fuel tube protector with the nut.

      Torque: 8.0 N.m (82 kgf/cm, 71 in.lbf) 

  3. INSTALL FUEL TANK ASSEMBLY 
    1. Install the fuel tank (Refer to INSTALLATION [08/2015 - 08/2018] ).
