On-Vehicle Inspection [08/2015 - 08/2018]: Procedure

- INSPECT STARTER RELAY (ST)
- Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
Standard Resistance
Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition 3 - 5 Battery voltage not applied to terminals 1 and 2 10 kΩ or higher Battery voltage applied to terminals 1 and 2 Below 1 Ω If the result is not as specified, replace the relay.
- Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
- INSPECT ACC CUT RELAY (ACC CUT)
- Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
Standard Resistance
Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition 3 - 4 Battery voltage not applied between terminals 1 and 2 Below 1 Ω 3 - 5 Battery voltage not applied between terminals 1 and 2 10 kΩ or higher 3 - 4 Battery voltage applied between terminals 1 and 2 10 kΩ or higher 3 - 5 Battery voltage applied between terminals 1 and 2 Below 1 Ω - If the result is not as specified, replace the relay.
- Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
- INSPECT MAIN BODY ECU (ACC RELAY)
- Measure the resistance of the ACC relay circuit.
- Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
Standard Resistance
Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition DD-47 - DD-8 Battery voltage not applied between DD-45 and DD-62 10 kΩ or higher Battery voltage applied between DD-45 and DD-62 Below 1 Ω If the result is not as specified, replace the main body ECU.
- Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
- Measure the resistance of the ACC relay circuit.
