DTC P0013: Camshaft Position "B" Actuator Circuit / Open (Bank 1); DTC P0023: Camshaft Position "B" Actuator Circuit / Open (Bank 2) [08/2015 - 08/2017]: Procedure

- CHECK DTC (DTC P0013 OR P0023)
- Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.
- Clear DTC after recording the freeze frame data and DTC.
- Turn the ignition switch off.
- Allow the engine to idle and check DTC.
- Check that P0013 or P0023 is not output.
OK
P0013 or P0023 is not output.

- Inspect the camshaft timing oil control valve assembly (Refer to INSPECTION [08/2015 - 08/2018] ).

- CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (CAMSHAFT TIMING OIL CONTROL VALVE ASSEMBLY - ECM)
- Disconnect the D28 or D29 camshaft timing oil control valve assembly connector.
- Disconnect the D56 ECM connector.
- Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
