DTC P0010: Camshaft Position "A" Actuator Circuit (Bank 1); DTC P0020: Camshaft Position "A" Actuator Circuit (Bank 2) [08/2015 - 08/2017]: Procedure

- CHECK DTC
- Clear DTC after recording the freeze frame data and DTC (Refer to DTC CHECK / CLEAR [08/2015 - 08/2018] ).
- Turn the ignition switch off.
- Allow the engine to idle and check DTC.
- Check that P0010 or P0020 is not output.
OK
P0010 or P0020 is not output.

CHECK FOR INTERMITTENT PROBLEMS

- INSPECT CAMSHAFT TIMING OIL CONTROL VALVE ASSEMBLY
- Inspect the camshaft timing oil control valve assembly (Refer to INSPECTION [08/2015 - 08/2018] ).

- CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (CAMSHAFT TIMING OIL CONTROL VALVE ASSEMBLY - ECM)
- Disconnect the D26 or D27 camshaft timing oil control valve assembly connector.
- Disconnect the D56 ECM connector.
- Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
