Entire Combination Meter does not Operate [08/2019 - ]: Procedure

1. Disconnect the H139 combination meter assembly connector.

2. Measure the resistance and voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.

   Standard Resistance

   Tester Connection	Condition	Specified Condition
   H139-24 (ES) - Body ground	Always	Below 1 Ω

   Standard Voltage

   Tester Connection	Condition	Specified Condition
   H139-1 (B) - Body ground	Always	11 to 14 V
   H139-2 (IG+) - Body ground	Engine switch on (IG)	11 to 14 V
   	Engine switch off	Below 1 V

Result: 

OK 

REPLACE COMBINATION METER ASSEMBLY 

(Refer to REMOVAL [08/2017 - ] )

Result: 

NG 

REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR
