Installation [12/2021 - ]: Procedure

INSTALL NO. 2 HV SUPPLY STACK SUB-ASSEMBLY
WARNING:
Be sure to wear insulated gloves and protective goggles.
1. Install the No. 2 HV supply stack sub-assembly with the 4 nuts.
  Torque: 7.5 N.m (76 kgf/cm, 66 in.lbf)
2. Engage the claw.
3. Engage the clamp.
4. Install the nut to connect the ground terminal.
  Torque: 7.5 N.m (76 kgf/cm, 66 in.lbf)
INSTALL NO. 1 HV SUPPLY STACK SUB-ASSEMBLY
WARNING:
Be sure to wear insulated gloves and protective goggles.
1. Install the No. 1 HV supply stack sub-assembly with the 4 nuts.
  Torque: 7.5 N.m (76 kgf/cm, 66 in.lbf)
2. Engage the claw.
3. Connect the 2 connectors.
  NOTE:
  Make sure that the connector is connected securely.
INSTALL BATTERY ECU ASSEMBLY
Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 1
INSTALL NO. 1 HYBRID BATTERY COVER INTAKE DUCT
WARNING:
Be sure to wear insulated gloves and protective goggles.
1. Install the No. 1 hybrid battery cover intake duct LH to the HV battery with the clip.
2. Engage the claw of hybrid battery thermistor (sensor portion) to connect the No. 1 hybrid battery cover intake duct LH.
INSTALL NO. 2 HYBRID BATTERY SHIELD SUB-ASSEMBLY
WARNING:
Be sure to wear insulated gloves and protective goggles.
1. Install the No. 2 hybrid battery shield sub-assembly to the HV battery with the bolt and 3 nuts.
  Torque: 7.5 N.m (76 kgf/cm, 66 in.lbf)
INSTALL HYBRID BATTERY TERMINAL BLOCK
