Disassembly [11/2018 - ]: Procedure

REMOVE CLUTCH DRUM OIL SEAL RING

Remove the 4 clutch drum oil seal rings from the stator shaft assembly.

*A	w/o Stop and Start System
*B	w/ Stop and Start System

NOTE:

Do not expand the gap of the clutch drum oil seal rings excessively.

REMOVE OIL STRAINER ASSEMBLY

Using a T30 "TORX" socket wrench, remove the 2 "TORX" bolts and oil strainer assembly from the front oil pump cover sub-assembly.

REMOVE TRANSMISSION WIRE (OIL PUMP WITH SOLENOID ASSEMBLY) (w/ Stop And Start System)

Disconnect the connector to remove the transmission wire (oil pump with solenoid assembly).

REMOVE OIL PUMP WITH SOLENOID ASSEMBLY (w/ Stop And Start System)

Remove the bolt, clamp and oil pump with solenoid assembly from the front oil pump cover sub-assembly.

REMOVE STATOR SHAFT ASSEMBLY

Remove the 5 bolts and stator shaft assembly from the front oil pump body.

REMOVE FRONT OIL PUMP DRIVE GEAR

Remove the front oil pump drive gear from the front oil pump body.

REMOVE FRONT OIL PUMP DRIVEN GEAR

Remove the front oil pump driven gear from the front oil pump body.

REMOVE FRONT OIL PUMP BODY

Remove the front oil pump body from the front oil pump cover sub-assembly.

REMOVE RING PIN

Remove the 2 ring pins from the front oil pump cover sub-assembly.
