Disassembly [11/2018 - ]: Procedure

- REMOVE CLUTCH DRUM OIL SEAL RING
- Remove the 4 clutch drum oil seal rings from the stator shaft assembly.

NOTE:
Do not expand the gap of the clutch drum oil seal rings excessively.
- REMOVE OIL STRAINER ASSEMBLY
- Using a T30 "TORX" socket wrench, remove the 2 "TORX" bolts and oil strainer assembly from the front oil pump cover sub-assembly.

- REMOVE TRANSMISSION WIRE (OIL PUMP WITH SOLENOID ASSEMBLY) (w/ Stop And Start System)
- Disconnect the connector to remove the transmission wire (oil pump with solenoid assembly).

- REMOVE OIL PUMP WITH SOLENOID ASSEMBLY (w/ Stop And Start System)
- Remove the bolt, clamp and oil pump with solenoid assembly from the front oil pump cover sub-assembly.

- REMOVE STATOR SHAFT ASSEMBLY
- Remove the 5 bolts and stator shaft assembly from the front oil pump body.

- REMOVE FRONT OIL PUMP DRIVE GEAR
- Remove the front oil pump drive gear from the front oil pump body.

- Remove the front oil pump driven gear from the front oil pump body.

- REMOVE FRONT OIL PUMP BODY
- Remove the front oil pump body from the front oil pump cover sub-assembly.

- REMOVE RING PIN
- Remove the 2 ring pins from the front oil pump cover sub-assembly.
