Operation not Accepted Even If Air Conditioning Switch is Operated [02/2019 - ]: Procedure

1. Check for DTCs.

   Refer to DTC CHECK / CLEAR [02/2019 - ]

   Body Electrical > Air Conditioner > Trouble Codes 

   OK

   DTC B14B2 is not output.

   Result

   Proceed to
   OK
   NG

Result: 

NG 

GO TO DTC B14B2. Refer to  DTC B14B2: Lost Communication with Front Panel LIN [02/2019 - ] 

Result: 

OK

1. Disconnect the air conditioning amplifier assembly connector.

   *a	Front view of wire harness connector (to Air Conditioning Amplifier Assembly)

2. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

   Standard Resistance

   Tester Connection	Condition	Specified Condition
   G46-17 (GND) - Body ground	Always	Below 1 Ω

3. Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.

   Standard Voltage

   Tester Connection	Switch Condition	Specified Condition
   G46-5 (B) - Body ground	Ignition switch off	11 to 14 V
   G46-6 (IG+) - Body ground	Ignition switch ON	11 to 14 V
   	Ignition switch off	Below 1 V

   Result

   Proceed to
   OK
   NG

Result: 

OK 

REPLACE AIR CONDITIONING AMPLIFIER ASSEMBLY. Refer to  REMOVAL [11/2018 - ] 

Result: 

NG 

REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR
