Installation [11/2018 - 12/2021]: Procedure

  1. INSTALL RADIATOR ASSEMBLY (for Inverter Coolant) 
    1. Attach the 2 claws and install the radiator assembly.
    2. Install the 4 bolts.

      Torque: 9.0 N.m (92 kgf/cm, 80 in.lbf) 

    3. Connect the No. 3 inverter cooling hose and No. 4 inverter cooling hose to the radiator assembly and slide the 2 hose clips to secure them.
      NOTE:

      To prevent foreign matter from entering the radiator assembly and inverter cooling system, do not remove the pieces of cloth from the pipes and disconnected hoses until installation.

      HINT: 

      • Make sure to align the alignment marks of the hoses with the ribs of the radiator assembly.
      • Make sure that the clips are positioned as shown in the illustration.

      *2 No. 4 Inverter Cooling Hose

      *c 2 to 7 mm (0.0788 to 0.2755 in.)
      *d Upper Side
      *e LH Side
  2. INSTALL UPPER RADIATOR SUPPORT SUB-ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to INSTALLATION [11/2018 - 02/2019] , or refer to INSTALLATION [02/2019 - 12/2021]

  3. ADD COOLANT (for Inverter) 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 2

  4. INSPECT FOR COOLANT LEAK (for Inverter) 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 1
