Removal [10/2019 - 08/2020]: Procedure

- PRECAUTION NOTE:
After turning the ignition switch off, waiting time may be required before disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) auxiliary battery terminal. Therefore, make sure to read the disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) auxiliary battery terminal notices before proceeding with work.

- REMOVE DECK BOARD ASSEMBLY
Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 2
- REMOVE REAR NO. 2 FLOOR BOARD
Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 3
- REMOVE BATTERY HOLE COVER
Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 4
- REMOVE BATTERY STATE SENSOR ASSEMBLY
- Remove the nut and disconnect the No. 2 frame wire from the battery state sensor assembly.NOTE:
When disconnecting the engine wire, some systems need to be initialized after the engine wire is reconnected.
Refer to INITIALIZATION [10/2019 - 06/2020] , or refer to INITIALIZATION [06/2020 - 08/2020]
- Loosen the nut and remove the battery state sensor assembly from the auxiliary battery.
- Disconnect the battery state sensor assembly connector.
- Detach the clamp and disconnect the engine wire from the battery state sensor assembly.
- Detach the 2 claws to remove the battery state sensor assembly from the battery current sensor holder.
- Remove the nut and disconnect the No. 2 frame wire from the battery state sensor assembly.
