- Check if the back door can be fully closed by hand.

- Check if the back door can be fully closed by hand.
- CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (MULTIPLEX NETWORK DOOR ECU - BATTERY AND BODY GROUND)
- Disconnect the R26, R28 and R29 multiplex network door ECU connectors.
- Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
Standard Resistance
Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition R28-4 (GND) - Body ground Always Below 1 Ω - Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.
Standard Voltage

- CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (BACK DOOR LOCK WITH COURTESY LIGHT SWITCH ASSEMBLY - MULTIPLEX NETWORK DOOR ECU AND BODY GROUND)
- Disconnect the R13 and R14 back door lock with courtesy light switch connectors.
- Disconnect the R26 and R28 multiplex network door ECU connectors.
- Disconnect the 4H instrument panel junction block assembly connector.
- Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
