Inspection [09/2016 - ]: Procedure

  1. INSPECT EV CHARGER LID SWITCH ASSEMBLY 
    1. Measure the resistance according the value(s) in the table below.

      *1 EV Charger Lid Switch Assembly
      *2 Push Lifter
      *a Component without harness connected
      (Charge Lid Lock with Motor Assembly)

      Standard Resistance

      Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
      1 - 5 Not pushed (ON) 10 kΩ or higher
      1 - 5 Pushed (OFF) Below 1 Ω
      2 - 4 Not pushed (ON) Below 1 Ω
      2 - 4 Pushed (OFF) 10 kΩ or higher

      If the result is not as specified, replace the fuel lid lock with motor assembly.
