Removal [06/2015 - 11/2018]: Procedure

1. Disengage the clamps and disconnect the 4 connectors.

2. Disengage the claws to remove the No. 2 ultrasonic sensor retainer as shown in the illustration.

   Remove in this Direction

   HINT: 

   Use the same procedure for both sides.

1. Using an infrared light, warm the No. 2 ultrasonic sensor retainer.

   *a	Heated Portions
   *b	Infrared Light

   • Do not touch the infrared light or the heated portions of the components.
   • Toughing the infrared light could result in burns.
   • Touching the heated portions of the components and remaining in contact for a long time could result in burns.

   HINT: 

   40 to 60°C (104 to 140°F) in 3 to 5 minutes

2. Remove the No. 2 ultrasonic sensor retainer.

1. Using a screwdriver with its tip wrapped with protective tape, disengage the claw to remove the ultrasonic sensor clip.

   HINT: 

   Use the same procedure for both sides.
