Inspection [06/2015 - ]: Procedure

  1. INSPECT FRONT SEAT CUSHION WITH COVER PAD LH 
    1. Check the resistance.
      1. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

        *a Component without harness connected
        (Front Seat Cushion With Cover Pad LH)

        Standard Resistance

        Tester Connection Switch Condition Specified Condition
        A-1 - B-2 Always (20 °C (68 °F)) Below 1 Ω
        A-2 - B-1 Always (20 °C (68 °F)) 3.34 to 4.00 Ω
        A-3 - B-3 Always (20 °C (68 °F)) 3.34 to 4.00 Ω

        If the specified condition is not met, replace the front seat cushion with cover pad LH.

  2. INSPECT FRONT SEAT CUSHION WITH COVER PAD RH 
    1. Check the resistance.
      1. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

        *a Component without harness connected
        (Front Seat Cushion With Cover Pad RH)

        Standard Resistance

        Tester Connection Switch Condition Specified Condition
        A-1 - B-2 Always (20 °C (68 °F)) Below 1 Ω
        A-2 - B-1 Always (20 °C (68 °F)) 3.34 to 4.00 Ω
        A-3 - B-3 Always (20 °C (68 °F)) 3.34 to 4.00 Ω

        If the specified condition is not met, replace the front seat cushion with cover pad RH.
