Adjustment [06/2015 - ]: Procedure
- INSPECT LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT DOOR PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY
- Check that the clearance measurements of areas "A" through "G" are within each standard range.
Standard Clearance
Area Measurement Area Measurement A 8.5 mm (0.335 in.) B 3.8 mm (0.150 in.) C 0 mm (0 in.) D 3.1 to 6.1 mm (0.122 to 0.240 in.) E 2.5 to 5.5 mm (0.098 to 0.217 in.) F 4.0 to 8.0 mm (0.157 to 0.315 in.) G 4.0 to 8.0 mm (0.157 to 0.315 in.) - -
- Check that the clearance measurements of areas "A" through "G" are within each standard range.

- ADJUST LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT DOOR PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY
- Loosen the hinge bolts to adjust the door horizontally and vertically.
- Tighten the hinge bolts after adjustment.
Torque: 7.0 N*m (71 kgf*cm, 62 in.*lbf)
- Loosen the striker mounting bolts.
- Using a brass bar and a hammer, hit the striker to adjust its position.
- Tighten the striker mounting bolts after adjustment.
Torque: 5.5 N*m (56 kgf*cm, 49 in.*lbf)
- Loosen the hinge bolts to adjust the door horizontally and vertically.
- INSTALL REAR FLOOR FINISH PLATE
