Inspection [06/2015 - ]: Procedure
- INSPECT FUEL LID WITH MOTOR LOCK ASSEMBLY
- Check the operation.
*a Component without harness connected
(Fuel Lid with Motor Lock Assembly)- Connect a positive (+) lead from the auxiliary battery to terminal 2 (B) and negative (-) lead to terminal 1 (E), and check the movement of the fuel lid with motor lock assembly.

Condition Specified Condition Auxiliary battery positive (+) - Terminal 2 (B)
Auxiliary battery negative (-) - Terminal 1 (E)Shaft moves - Measure the shaft stroke.
OK
Area Measurement A 11 mm (0.433 in.) - If the result is not as specified, replace the fuel lid with motor lock assembly.
- Connect a positive (+) lead from the auxiliary battery to terminal 2 (B) and negative (-) lead to terminal 1 (E), and check the movement of the fuel lid with motor lock assembly.
- Check the operation.
