DTC B15EC: Backup Battery Degradation [06/2015 - 01/2018]: Description
This DTC is stored when the DCM (Telematics Transceiver) detects either of the following conditions.
- The mayday battery (back-up battery) charge level becomes less than the criteria.
- The mayday battery (back-up battery) was used for Automatic Collision Notification (ACN).
When this DTC is stored, the mayday battery (back-up battery) must be replaced.
Mayday battery (back-up battery) used up DTC B15EC is not reported in deactive mode.
