Installation [12/2013 - ]: Procedure

  1. INSTALL PURGE VALVE (PURGE VSV) 
    1. Install the purge valve (purge VSV) to the No. 1 air cleaner hose.
    2. Connect the No. 2 fuel vapor feed hose to the purge valve (purge VSV) and slide the clip to secure it.

      HINT: 

      Engage the clip within the area shown in the illustration.

      *1 Fuel Vapor Feed Hose Assembly *2 No. 2 Fuel Vapor Feed Hose
      *a 2 to 7 mm (0.0787 to 0.276 in.) *b 120°
      *c Rear *d Upper
      *e Paint Mark - -
    3. Connect the fuel vapor feed hose assembly to the purge valve (purge VSV) and slide the clip to secure it.
    4. Connect the purge valve (purge VSV) connector.
  2. INSTALL OUTER COWL TOP PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 10 (INSTALLATION [12/2013 - 11/2015])

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 10 (INSTALLATION [11/2016 - ])

  3. INSTALL NO. 2 HOSE CLAMP BRACKET 
    1. Install the No. 2 hose clamp bracket to the outer cowl top panel sub-assembly with the 2 nuts.

      Torque: 9.0 N*m (92 kgf*cm, 80 in.*lbf) 

  4. INSTALL WINDSHIELD WIPER MOTOR AND LINK ASSEMBLY
