Installation [11/2015 - ]: Procedure

  1. INSTALL CRANKSHAFT POSITION SENSOR 
    1. Apply a light coat of engine oil to the O-ring of the crankshaft position sensor.
    2. Install the crankshaft position sensor to the timing chain cover sub-assembly with the bolt.

      Torque: 10 N*m (102 kgf*cm, 7 ft.*lbf) 

      NOTE:
      • If the crankshaft position sensor has been struck or dropped, replace it.
      • Make sure that the O-ring is not cracked or moved out of place when installing the crankshaft position sensor.
    3. Connect the crankshaft position sensor connector.
  2. INSPECT FOR ENGINE OIL LEAK 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 5

  3. INSTALL FRONT FENDER APRON SEAL RH 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 76 , or refer to PROCEDURE - Step 76
