DTC P0575: Cruise Control Input Circuit [12/2013 - 11/2016]: Procedure

  1. CHECK FOR DTCS (DTC P0575) 
    1. Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.
    2. Turn the engine switch on (IG).
    3. Clear the DTCs.

      Refer to DTC CHECK / CLEAR [12/2013 - 11/2016]

    4. Perform the following to make sure that the DTC detection conditions are met.

      HINT: 

      If the detection conditions are not met, the malfunction cannot be detected.

      1. Drive the vehicle at a speed of 50 km/h (31 mph) or more.
      2. Turn the dynamic radar cruise control system on using the cruise control main switch (ON-OFF button).
      3. Push the cruise control main switch to -SET to activate the dynamic radar cruise control system.
    5. Enter the following menus: Powertrain / Radar Cruise / Trouble Codes.
    6. Check for DTCs.

      Powertrain > Radar Cruise > Trouble Codes 

      Result

      Result Proceed to
      DTCs are not output A
      DTC P0575 is output B
    7. Turn the engine switch off.

    Result:  1

    USE SIMULATION METHOD TO CHECK. Refer to  HOW TO PROCEED WITH TROUBLESHOOTING [12/2013 - 11/2016] 

    Result:  2

    REPLACE ECM. Refer to  COMPONENTS [12/2013 - 11/2016]
