Cruise SET Indicator Light Circuit [12/2013 - 11/2016]: Procedure

  1. PERFORM ACTIVE TEST USING TECHSTREAM (METER DISPLAY 1) 
    1. Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.
    2. Turn the engine switch on (IG).
    3. Turn the Techstream on.
    4. Enter the following menus: Body Electrical / Combination Meter / Active Test.
    5. Check the cruise control SET indicator by performing the Active Test.

      Body Electrical > Combination Meter > Active Test 

      Tester Display Measurement Item Control Range Diagnostic Note
      Meter Display 1 Cruise control SET indicator OFF or All -

      Body Electrical > Combination Meter > Active Test 

      Tester Display
      Meter Display 1

      OK

      The cruise control SET indicator light goes on or off.

      Result

      Proceed to
      OK
      NG
    6. Turn the engine switch off.

    Result:  1

    OK 

    PROCEED TO NEXT SUSPECTED AREA SHOWN IN PROBLEM SYMPTOMS TABLE. Refer to  PROBLEM SYMPTOMS TABLE [12/2013 - 11/2016] 

    Result:  2

    NG 

    REPLACE COMBINATION METER ASSEMBLY. Refer to  COMPONENTS [12/2013 - ]
