ECU Power Source Circuit [12/2013 - 11/2016]: Procedure

- CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (TCM - BODY GROUND)
- Disconnect the TCM connector.

(to TCM) - Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
Standard Resistance
Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition C3-8 (E1) - Body ground Always Below 1 Ω Result
Proceed to OK NG

REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR
Result: 1

- Disconnect the TCM connector.
- INSPECT ECU TERMINAL VOLTAGE (+B TERMINAL)
- Disconnect the TCM connector.

(to TCM) - Turn the ignition switch to ON.
- Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.
Standard Voltage
Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition C3-18 (+B) - Body ground Ignition switch ON 11 to 14 V Result

- Disconnect the TCM connector.
- CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (TCM - INTEGRATION RELAY)
- Remove the integration relay from the engine room relay block and junction block assembly.
- Disconnect the integration relay connector.
- Disconnect the TCM connector.
- Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
Standard Resistance (Check for Open)
Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition C3-18 (+B) - 1G-2 (+B) Always Below 1 Ω Standard Resistance (Check for Short)
Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition C3-18 (+B) or 1G-2 (+B) - Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher Result
