Disassembly [12/2013 - 11/2016]: Procedure

  1. REMOVE NO. 1 ULTRASONIC SENSOR (w/ Intuitive Parking Assist System) 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 2

    HINT: 

    Use the same procedure for all the No. 1 ultrasonic sensors.

  2. REMOVE ULTRASONIC SENSOR BEZEL (w/ Intuitive Parking Assist System) 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 3

    HINT: 

    Use the same procedure for all the ultrasonic sensor bezels.

  3. REMOVE NO. 3 LUGGAGE ROOM WIRE (w/ Intuitive Parking Assist System) 
    1. Disengage the 11 clamps to remove the No. 3 luggage room wire.

  4. REMOVE REFLEX REFLECTOR ASSEMBLY LH 
    1. Remove the 2 screws.

    2. Disengage 2 claws to remove the reflex reflector assembly LH.

  5. REMOVE REFLEX REFLECTOR ASSEMBLY RH 

    HINT: 

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  6. REMOVE REAR BUMPER ENERGY ABSORBER 
    1. Disengage the 7 claws and remove the rear bumper energy absorber.

  7. REMOVE REAR BUMPER EXTENSION 
    1. Remove the screw.

    2. Remove the 5 clips.
    3. Disengage the 10 claws and 2 guides to remove the rear bumper extension.

  8. REMOVE LOWER REAR BUMPER COVER 
    1. Remove the 2 screws.

    2. Remove the 2 clips.
    3. Disengage the 14 claws to remove the lower rear bumper cover.

  9. REMOVE NO. 2 MOULDING TAPE 
    1. Remove the No. 2 moulding tape.

      HINT: 

      Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

  10. REMOVE REAR BUMPER SIDE SUPPORT LH 
    1. Remove the screw.

    2. Using a screwdriver, disengage the 3 clips as shown in the illustration.

    3. Disengage the 2 claws to remove the rear bumper side support LH.
  11. REMOVE REAR BUMPER SIDE SUPPORT RH 

    HINT: 

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  12. REMOVE REAR BUMPER SIDE SEAL LH 
    1. w/o Mud guard:

      *A w/o Mudguard
      1. Remove the screw.
    2. Remove the 4 clips and rear bumper side seal LH.
  13. REMOVE REAR BUMPER SIDE SEAL RH 

    HINT: 

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  14. REMOVE NO. 1 REAR BUMPER REINFORCEMENT

    1. Remove the 6 nuts and No. 1 rear bumper reinforcement.
