Disassembly [12/2013 - 11/2016]: Procedure

  1. REMOVE FOG LIGHT ASSEMBLY LH (w/ Fog Light) 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 2

  2. REMOVE FOG LIGHT ASSEMBLY RH (w/ Fog Light) 

    HINT: 

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  3. REMOVE DAYTIME RUNNING LIGHT ASSEMBLY LH (w/ Daytime Running Light) 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 2

  4. REMOVE DAYTIME RUNNING LIGHT ASSEMBLY RH (w/ Daytime Running Light) 

    HINT: 

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  5. REMOVE FOG LIGHT COVER LH (w/o Fog Light) 
    1. Remove the screw.

    2. Remove the 3 clips.
    3. Disengage the 2 claws and guide to remove the fog light cover LH.

  6. REMOVE FOG LIGHT COVER RH (w/o Fog Light) 

    HINT: 

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  7. REMOVE FOG LIGHT COVER LH (w/ Fog Light) 
    1. w/o Daytime Running Light:
      1. Remove the 3 screws.

      2. Disengage the claw and 2 guides to remove the fog light mounting bracket LH.

      3. Remove the screw.

      4. Remove the 3 clips.
      5. Disengage the 2 claws and guide to remove the fog light cover LH.

    2. w/ Daytime Running Light:
      1. Remove the clip.

      2. Disengage the 2 claws and guide to remove the fog light cover LH.

  8. REMOVE FOG LIGHT COVER RH (w/ Fog Light) 

    HINT: 

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  9. REMOVE FRONT FENDER LINER RETAINER 
    1. Disengage the claw to remove the front fender liner retainer.

      HINT: 

      Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

  10. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER SIDE RETAINER LH 
    1. Remove the screw.

    2. Remove the clip.
    3. Disengage the 3 claws to remove the front bumper side retainer LH.

  11. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER SIDE RETAINER RH 

    HINT: 

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  12. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER HOLE COVER LH 
    1. Disengage the 2 claws.

      *a Hook
    2. Disengage the hook to remove the front bumper hole cover LH.
  13. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER HOLE COVER RH 

    HINT: 

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  14. REMOVE LOWER RADIATOR GRILLE SUB-ASSEMBLY 
    1. Remove the 2 clips.

    2. Disengage the 10 claws and 2 guides to remove the lower radiator grille sub-assembly.

  15. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER EXTENSION MOUNTING BRACKET 
    1. Remove the 2 screws and front bumper extension mounting bracket.

  16. REMOVE LOWER FRONT BUMPER COVER 
    1. Remove the 6 clips.

    2. Disengage the 18 claws to remove the lower front bumper cover.

  17. REMOVE NO. 1 MOULDING TAPE 
    1. Remove the No. 1 moulding tape.

      HINT: 

      Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

  18. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER ENERGY ABSORBER

    1. Disengage the 2 guides to remove the front bumper energy absorber.
  19. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER REINFORCEMENT 
    1. Disengage the 2 clamps.

    2. Remove the 6 bolts and front bumper reinforcement.

  20. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER STAY LH 
    1. Remove the bolt.

    2. Using a screwdriver, disengage the clip as shown in the illustration.

    3. Disengage the claw to remove the front bumper stay LH.
  21. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER STAY RH 

    HINT: 

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.
