DTC B1650: Occupant Classification System Malfunction; DTC B165A: Occupant Detection Sensor Zero Point Calibration Incomplete [04/2018 -]: Procedure

  1. CHECK DTC (OCCUPANT CLASSIFICATION SYSTEM) 
    1. Check for occupant classification system DTCs.

      Refer to DTC CHECK / CLEAR [04/2018 -]

      OK

      DTCs are not output.

      Result

      Proceed to
      OK
      NG

    Result: 

    NG 

    GO TO OCCUPANT CLASSIFICATION SYSTEM. Refer to  DIAGNOSTIC TROUBLE CODE CHART [04/2018 -] 

    Result: 

    OK

  2. CLEAR DTC (AIRBAG SYSTEM) 
    1. Turn the engine switch on (IG), and wait for at least 60 seconds.
    2. Clear the DTCs stored in memory.

      Body Electrical > SRS Airbag > Clear DTCs 

      Result

      Proceed to
      NEXT
