Inspection [12/2013 - ]: Procedure
- INSPECT REAR DOOR CONTROL SWITCH
- Check the operation of the rear door control switch.
- Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
Standard Resistance
Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition 1 (MSE) - 4 (MSW) Rear door control switch not pushed 10 kΩ or higher 1 (MSE) - 4 (MSW) Rear door control switch pushed Below 1 Ω If the result is not as specified, replace the back rear door control switch.

(Rear Door Control Switch)
- Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
- Check that the switch illuminates.

(Rear Door Control Switch)- Apply battery voltage to the power back rear door control switch and check that the LED illuminates.
OK
Measurement Condition Specified Condition Battery positive (+) → 3 (ILL+)
Battery negative (-) → 2 (ILL-)LED illuminates If the result is not as specified, replace the back rear door control switch.
- Apply battery voltage to the power back rear door control switch and check that the LED illuminates.
- Check the operation of the rear door control switch.
