Installation [10/2020 - ]: Procedure

  1. INSTALL DCM (TELEMATICS TRANSCEIVER) 
  2. INSTALL NAVIGATION ECU (w/ Navigation System) 
  3. INSTALL NO. 1 TELEPHONE BRACKET 
    1. w/o Navigation System:
      1. Install the No. 1 telephone bracket with the screw.
    2. w/ Navigation System:
      1. Install the No. 1 telephone bracket with the 3 screws.
  4. INSTALL NO. 2 TELEPHONE BRACKET 
    1. w/o Navigation System:
      1. Install the No. 2 telephone bracket with the screw.
    2. w/ Navigation System:
      1. Install the No. 2 telephone bracket with the 3 screws.
  5. INSTALL ANTENNA CORD SUB-ASSEMBLY 
    1. w/o Navigation System:
      1. Engage the clamp to install the antenna cord sub-assembly.
      2. Connect the 3 connectors.
    2. w/ Navigation System:
      1. Engage the clamp to install the antenna cord sub-assembly.
      2. Connect the 4 connectors.
  6. INSTALL DCM (TELEMATICS TRANSCEIVER) WITH BRACKET 
    1. Connect each connector.
    2. Engage the clamp.
    3. Engage the 3 guides.
    4. Install the DCM (telematics transceiver) with bracket with the 3 bolts.
    5. Connect each connector.
  7. INSTALL REAR UPPER CONSOLE PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 6

  8. INSTALL SHIFT LEVER KNOB SUB-ASSEMBLY 

    for UB80E:

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 1

    for UA80E:

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 1

    for UB80F:

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 1

  9. INSTALL SHIFT LOCK RELEASE BUTTON COVER 

    for UB80E:

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 5

    for UA80E:

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 5

    for UB80F:

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 5

  10. INSTALL LOWER CENTER INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 9

  11. INSTALL INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PLATE GARNISH 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 10

  12. INSTALL CENTER INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 19

  13. INSTALL CENTER INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY (for 7 Inch Display) 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 20

  14. INSTALL CENTER INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY (for 9 Inch Display) 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 21

  15. INSTALL AIR CONDITIONING CONTROL ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to INSTALLATION [10/2020 - ]

  16. PERFORM DCM ACTIVATION 

    HINT: 

    After replacing the DCM (telematics transceiver), make sure to perform DCM activation.

  17. PERFORM REGISTRATION 
    1. for Toyota Entune Remote Connect Compatible Type:
      1. w/ Smart Key System:

        HINT: 

        After replacing the DCM (telematics transceiver), make sure to perform code registration (Smart key System (for Start Function)).

        Refer to REGISTRATION [09/2019 - 08/2022] , or refer to REGISTRATION [08/2022 - ]

      2. w/o Smart Key System:

        HINT: 

        After replacing the DCM (telematics transceiver), make sure to perform code registration (Immobiliser system (w/o Smart Key System)).

        Refer to REGISTRATION [09/2019 - ]
