DTC C1380-7E: Stop Lamp Relay Actuator Stuck On [08/2019 - ]: Description
When any of the following conditions are met, the skid control ECU (brake actuator assembly) sets the drive output (STPO) ON which operates the stop light control relay (stop light switch assembly) and turns on the stop lights.
Illumination Conditions:
- The pre-collision system is operating and is applying the brakes.*
- The dynamic radar cruise control system is operating and is applying the brakes.*
- Trailer sway control is operating.

When the emergency brake signal operates, the skid control ECU (brake actuator assembly) turns ON the stop light drive output to operate stop light switch assembly and blink the stop lights.
