Disassembly [12/2012 - 08/2016]: Procedure

  1. REMOVE REAR SEAT HEADREST ASSEMBLY 
  2. REMOVE REAR SEAT CENTER HEADREST ASSEMBLY 
  3. REMOVE REAR CENTER SEAT LAP TYPE BELT ASSEMBLY LH 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 2

  4. REMOVE CENTER ARMREST HINGE COVER RH 
    1. Return the seatback to the upright position.
    2. Detach the clamp to remove the center armrest hinge cover RH.

  5. REMOVE REAR SEAT NO. 3 CUSHION HINGE COVER 
    1. Detach the clamp.

    2. Using a screwdriver, detach the 4 claws and clamp to remove the rear seat No. 3 cushion hinge cover.

      HINT: 

      Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

  6. REMOVE REAR SEAT LOWER CUSHION HINGE COVER LH

    1. Using a screwdriver, detach the 4 claws and clamp to remove the rear seat lower cushion hinge cover LH.

      HINT: 

      Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

  7. REMOVE REAR SEAT CENTER ARMREST ASSEMBLY 
    1. Remove the bolt, washer and rear seat center armrest assembly.

  8. REMOVE REAR SEAT NO. 1 CENTER ARMREST PLATE 
    1. Remove the rear seat No. 1 center armrest plate.

  9. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK NO. 1 BOARD CAP 
    1. Using a screwdriver, detach the 3 claws to remove the rear seatback No. 1 board cap.

      *1 Protective Tape

      HINT: 

      Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

  10. REMOVE RECLINING ADJUSTER RELEASE HANDLE LH 
    1. Remove the 3 screws and reclining adjuster release handle LH.

  11. REMOVE REAR NO. 1 SEAT CUSHION ASSEMBLY LH 
    1. Remove the 2 bolts and 2 bushes and lift up the cushion as shown in the illustration.

    2. Detach the clamp of the cable end.

    3. Disconnect the cable in the order shown in the illustration.
    4. Remove the 3 clamps.

    5. Using a screwdriver, detach the 2 claws to remove the rear seatback cover.

      HINT: 

      Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

      *1 Protective Tape
    6. Remove the 2 bolts, 2 bushes and rear No. 1 seat cushion assembly LH.

  12. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE REAR SEAT CUSHION COVER 
    1. Detach the 20 hooks and remove the separate type seat cushion cover (with pad) from the rear seat spring assembly LH.

    2. Remove the 5 hog rings.

    3. Remove the 13 hog rings and separate type rear seat cushion cover from the rear seat cushion pad LH.

  13. REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION MOULDING LH 
    1. Detach the claw and 3 hooks to remove the rear seat cushion moulding LH.

  14. REMOVE REAR SEAT COVER LH 
    1. Remove the clip and screw.

    2. Using a screwdriver, detach the claw to remove the rear seat cover LH.
  15. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK COVER LH 
    1. Remove the clip and screw.

    2. Using a screwdriver, detach the claw to remove the rear seatback cover LH.
  16. REMOVE REAR SEAT REAR CUSHION MOULDING LH

    1. w/ Seat Belt Warning System:

      Detach the 2 clamps.

    2. Detach the claw and clamp to remove the rear seat rear cushion moulding LH.
  17. REMOVE NO. 2 SEAT ADJUSTER CONTROL CABLE ASSEMBLY

    1. Detach the 4 clamps.
    2. Detach the 2 clamps of the cable end.
    3. Disconnect the 2 cables in the order shown in the illustration and remove the No. 2 seat adjuster control cable.
  18. REMOVE REAR SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY LH 
    1. Remove the bolt and rear seat inner belt assembly.

  19. REMOVE REAR NO. 1 SEATBACK ASSEMBLY LH 
    1. Remove the 3 bolts and rear No. 1 seatback assembly LH from the rear seat reclining adjuster assembly LH.

  20. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK BOARD LH 
    1. Remove the 6 hog rings and detach the 2 pieces of fastening tape.

    2. Detach the 7 claws and clamp to remove the rear No. 1 seatback board assembly LH.

  21. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE REAR SEATBACK COVER 
    1. Detach the 8 claws to remove the 4 rear seat headrest supports.

    2. Detach the 9 clamps.

    3. Remove the separate type rear seatback cover (with pad) from the rear seatback frame sub-assembly LH.
    4. Remove the 5 hog rings.

    5. Remove the 11 hog rings and separate type rear seatback cover from the separate type rear seatback pad.
