Engine Oil Pressure Switch Circuit [09/2016 - ]: Procedure

1. Inspect the engine oil pressure switch assembly.

   Refer to INSPECTION [09/2016 - ]

   Result

   Proceed to
   OK
   NG

Result: 

NG 

REPLACE ENGINE OIL PRESSURE SWITCH ASSEMBLY. Refer to  REMOVAL [09/2016 - ] 

Result: 

OK

1. Disconnect the I6 combination meter assembly (meter circuit plate) connector.
2. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

   Standard Resistance

   Tester Connection	Condition	Specified Condition
   C26-1 - I6-8 (S)	Always	Below 1 Ω
   C26-1 or I6-8 (S) - Body ground	Always	10 kΩ or higher

   Result

   Proceed to
   OK
   NG

Result: 

OK 

REPLACE COMBINATION METER ASSEMBLY (METER CIRCUIT PLATE). Refer to  DISASSEMBLY [09/2016 - ]
