Installation [11/2016 - ]: Procedure

INSTALL AUXILIARY BATTERY
1. Install the battery insulator to the auxiliary battery.
2. Install the auxiliary battery.
3. Connect the battery hose to the auxiliary battery.
  HINT:
  
  Push in the battery hose to the auxiliary battery until a click sound is heard.
4. Install the battery clamp sub-assembly to the auxiliary battery with the nut and bolt.
  Torque: 5.4 N*m (55 kgf*cm, 48 in.*lbf)
5. Connect the cable to the positive (+) auxiliary battery terminal and tighten the nut.
  Torque: 6.4 N*m (65 kgf*cm, 57 in.*lbf)
6. Close the battery terminal cap.
INSTALL BATTERY SERVICE HOLE COVER
1. Engage the 6 claws and 2 guides to install the battery service hole cover.
INSTALL DECK SIDE TRIM BOX LH
Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 69
CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE AUXILIARY BATTERY TERMINAL
1. Connect the cable to the negative (-) auxiliary battery terminal and tighten the nut.
  Torque: 6.5 N*m (66 kgf*cm, 58 in.*lbf)
  
  NOTE:
  When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected.
