DTC P122F: High Pressure Fuel Pump Boost Malfunction (High Temperature) [11/2016 - ]: Description

When the engine temperature and engine load are high, if a boosting malfunction of the fuel pump assembly (for high pressure side) due to overheating is detected, this DTC is stored. The operating conditions at the time the DTC was stored are recorded as freeze frame data and can be checked using the Techstream. Using the freeze frame data, whether the driveability malfunction occurred due to a fuel pump assembly boosting malfunction can be judged, enhancing serviceability.
