Removal [11/2016 - ]: Procedure

- REMOVE RADIATOR SIDE DEFLECTOR SEAL LH
Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 1
- REMOVE RADIATOR SIDE SEAL RH
Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 2
- REMOVE COOL AIR INTAKE DUCT SEAL
Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 3
- DRAIN ENGINE COOLANT (for Engine)
Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 1
- REMOVE INLET AIR CLEANER ASSEMBLY
- REMOVE WINDSHIELD WIPER MOTOR AND LINK ASSEMBLY

- REMOVE OUTER COWL TOP PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY
Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 3
- REMOVE AIR CLEANER ASSEMBLY WITH AIR CLEANER HOSE
- Remove the 2 bolts from the air cleaner assembly with air cleaner hose.
- Disconnect the mass air flow meter sub-assembly connector.
*1 Air Cleaner Assembly with Air Cleaner Hose *a Wire Harness Clamp *b Grommet - Disengage the wire harness clamp and grommet to separate the air cleaner assembly with air cleaner hose.
- Slide the clip and disconnect the No. 2 ventilation hose from the air cleaner assembly with air cleaner hose.
*1 Fuel Vapor Feed Hose Assembly *2 No. 2 Ventilation Hose - Disengage the fuel vapor feed hose assembly from the air cleaner assembly with air cleaner hose.
- Loosen the hose clamp and remove the air cleaner assembly with air cleaner hose from the throttle body with motor assembly.
- Remove the 2 bolts from the air cleaner assembly with air cleaner hose.
- REMOVE THROTTLE BODY WITH MOTOR ASSEMBLY
- Slide the 2 clips and disconnect the No. 2 water by-pass hose and No. 3 water by-pass hose from the throttle body with motor assembly.
*1 No. 2 Water By-pass Hose *2 No. 3 Water By-pass Hose - Disconnect the throttle body with motor assembly connector.
- Remove the 4 bolts and throttle body with motor assembly from the intake air surge tank assembly.NOTE:
If the throttle body with motor assembly has been struck or dropped, replace it.
- Slide the 2 clips and disconnect the No. 2 water by-pass hose and No. 3 water by-pass hose from the throttle body with motor assembly.
- REMOVE THROTTLE BODY GASKET
