Installation [02/2014 - 11/2016]: Procedure

  1. INSTALL ENGINE OIL PRESSURE SWITCH ASSEMBLY 
    1. Apply adhesive to 2 or 3 threads of the engine oil pressure switch assembly.

      Adhesive

      Toyota Genuine Adhesive 1344, Three Bond 1344 or equivalent

      *a Adhesive 1344
    2. Using a 24 mm deep socket wrench, install the engine oil pressure switch assembly.

      Torque: 15 N*m (153 kgf*cm, 11 ft.*lbf) 

      NOTE:

      Do not start the engine within 1 hour of installation.

    3. Connect the engine oil pressure switch assembly connector.
    4. Connect the wire harness protector.
  2. CHECK ENGINE OIL LEVEL 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 1

  3. INSPECT FOR INSPECT FOR ENGINE OIL LEAK 

    See step  5

  4. INSTALL FRONT FENDER APRON SEAL RH 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 73 , or refer to PROCEDURE - Step 72

  5. INSTALL FRONT FENDER LINER RH 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 75 , or refer to PROCEDURE - Step 74

  6. INSTALL NO. 1 ENGINE UNDER COVER 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 78 , or refer to PROCEDURE - Step 77

  7. INSTALL FRONT WHEEL RH 

    Torque: 103 N*m (1050 kgf*cm, 76 ft.*lbf)
