Installation [02/2014 - 11/2016]: Procedure

INSTALL EGR COOLER ASSEMBLY
1. Install the EGR cooler bracket to the EGR cooler assembly with the 2 nuts.
  Torque: 21 N*m (214 kgf*cm, 15 ft.*lbf)
2. Install a new EGR inlet gasket, EGR cooler assembly and EGR cooler bracket to the cylinder head cover sub-assembly and No. 1 EGR pipe with the 5 bolts.
  Torque: 21 N*m (214 kgf*cm, 15 ft.*lbf)
3. Connect the No. 6 water by-pass hose and No. 7 water by-pass hose to the EGR cooler assembly and slide the 2 clips to secure them.
INSTALL NO. 2 EGR PIPE

  Install a new EGR valve gasket, new No. 2 EGR pipe gasket and No. 2 EGR pipe to the EGR valve assembly and EGR cooler assembly with the 2 nuts and 2 bolts in the order shown in the illustration.
  
  Torque: 21 N*m (214 kgf*cm, 15 ft.*lbf)
INSTALL RESERVOIR BRACKET
Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 35 , or refer to PROCEDURE - Step 34
INSTALL BRAKE MASTER CYLINDER RESERVOIR ASSEMBLY
Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 36 , or refer to PROCEDURE - Step 35
INSTALL INTAKE AIR SURGE TANK ASSEMBLY
