Removal [12/2013 - 11/2016]: Procedure

  1. DRAIN ENGINE COOLANT 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 2

  2. DRAIN ENGINE OIL 

    See step  1

  3. REMOVE EXHAUST MANIFOLD SUB-ASSEMBLY LH 

    Refer to REMOVAL [12/2013 - 11/2016]

  4. REMOVE OIL COOLER ASSEMBLY 
    1. Remove the bolt.

      *A Type A
      *B Type B
      *1 No. 4 Water By-pass Hose
      *2 No. 5 Water By-pass Hose
    2. Disengage the 2 clamps to remove the 2 hose clamps.
    3. Slide the 4 clips and remove the No. 4 water by-pass hose and No. 5 water by-pass hose.
    4. Remove the oil cooler union bolt, oil cooler assembly and O-ring.
