Removal [12/2013 - ]: Procedure

  1. PRECAUTION 
    NOTE:

    After turning the ignition switch off, waiting time may be required before disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal. Therefore, make sure to read the disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal notices before proceeding with work.

  2. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL 
    NOTE:

    When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected.

  3. REMOVE INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL ASSEMBLY 
    1. Disengage the 4 clips and 2 guides as shown in the illustration.

    2. Disengage the 9 claws and 2 guides and remove the instrument cluster finish panel assembly as shown in the illustration.

  4. REMOVE COMBINATION METER ASSEMBLY 
    1. Remove the 2 screws.

    2. Disengage the 2 clips as shown in the illustration.

    3. Disconnect the 2 connectors to remove the combination meter assembly.
