DTC C1A46: Yaw Rate Sensor [08/2015 - ]: Procedure

1. Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.
2. Turn the engine switch on (IG).
3. Turn the Techstream on.
4. Enter the following menus: Chassis / ABS/VSC/TRAC / Trouble Codes.
5. Check for DTCs.

   Result

   Vehicle stability control system DTCs are not output	A
   Vehicle stability control system DTCs are output	B

A: Go to next step 

1. Replace the skid control ECU (brake actuator assembly) with a new one. Refer to REMOVAL [08/2015 - ] .

NEXT: Go to next step 

1. Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.
2. Turn the engine switch on (IG).
3. Clear the DTCs. Refer to DTC CHECK / CLEAR [08/2015 - ] .
4. Make sure that the DTC detection conditions are met.

   HINT: 

   If the detection conditions are not met, the system cannot detect the malfunction.

5. Enter the following menus: Body Electrical / Pre-Collision 2 / Trouble Codes.
6. Check for DTCs.

   OK

   DTC C1A46 is not output.

NG → See step   5 

OK → END (SKID CONTROL ECU (BRAKE ACTUATOR ASSEMBLY) WAS DEFECTIVE)
