DTC C1621: Back Camera Power Supply Failure [08/2015 - ]: Procedure

1. Disconnect the I196 radio and display receiver assembly connector.
2. Disconnect the T23 rear television camera assembly connector.
3. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

   Standard Resistance

   Tester Connection	Condition	Specified Condition
   I196-11 (CA+) - T23-6 (CB+)	Always	Below 1 Ω
   I196-23 (CGND) - T23-5 (CGND)	Always	Below 1 Ω
   I196-11 (CA+) - I196-23 (CGND)	Always	10 kΩ or higher
   I196-11 (CA+) - Body ground	Always	10 kΩ or higher
   I196-23 (CGND) - Body ground	Always	10 kΩ or higher

NG → REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR 

OK: Go to next step 

1. Reconnect the I196 radio and display receiver assembly connector.
2. Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.

   Standard Voltage

   Tester Connection	Condition	Specified Condition
   I196-11 (CA+) - Body ground	Engine switch on (ACC)	5.5 to 7.05 V
