MirrorLink Sound cannot be Heard [08/2015 - ]: Procedure
- CHECK SMARTPHONE SETTINGS
- Check the "MirrorLink" compatible smartphone settings.
- Check that the volume is not set to "0".
- Check that mute is off.
- Check that silent mode is off.
- Check that the sound of the "MirrorLink" compatible smartphone can be heard.
HINT:
Restarting the smartphone may return the application operation to normal.

NG → REPAIR OR REPLACE SMARTPHONE
OK: Go to next step
- Check the "MirrorLink" compatible smartphone settings.
- CHECK SMARTPHONE
- Check if sounds can be heard from the "MirrorLink" compatible smartphone when a "MirrorLink" compatible application is running and it is disconnected from the head unit.
Result

- Check if sounds can be heard from the "MirrorLink" compatible smartphone when a "MirrorLink" compatible application is running and it is disconnected from the head unit.
- CHECK APPLICATION RUNNING STATUS
- Connect the smartphone to the head unit with a "MirrorLink" compatible application running and check if the "MirrorLink" function can be used and sounds can be heard.
HINT:
The "MirrorLink" function may not start if the application is not running.
