Either condition is met:
- "Display and Navigation (AVN1)" is not displayed on the "CAN Bus Check" screen of the Techstream. Refer to PROBLEM SYMPTOMS TABLE [08/2015 - ]
- Communication system DTCs (DTCs that start with U) that correspond to "Navigation ECU Communication Stop Mode" in "DTC Combination Table" are output. Refer to DIAGNOSIS SYSTEM [08/2015 - ]

- Power source circuit of navigation receiver assembly
- Navigation receiver assembly ground circuit
- Navigation receiver assembly
